Refunds & Returns Policy
At Jay Lash, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of beauty services, we have the following refund policy:
Service Refunds
- All beauty service sales are final.
- Refunds are not provided for completed services.
- If you are unhappy with your lash service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will gladly assess the issue and offer a correction if appropriate.
Lash Fill Policy
- Fill appointments require at least 30% of lash extensions remaining.
- If less than 30% remains, a full set may be required.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Retail Product Returns
- Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Deposits
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduled according to policy.
Special Circumstances
We reserve the right to review exceptional situations individually.
