Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns Policy

At Jay Lash, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of beauty services, we have the following refund policy:

Service Refunds

  • All beauty service sales are final.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed services.
  • If you are unhappy with your lash service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will gladly assess the issue and offer a correction if appropriate.

Lash Fill Policy

  • Fill appointments require at least 30% of lash extensions remaining.
  • If less than 30% remains, a full set may be required.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Retail Product Returns

  • Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduled according to policy.
